This is a superbly rich, malty whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company. It was actually almost entirely distilled at one of Speyside`s most legendary distilleries, though after distillation the whisky was "spooned" (this involves adding a touch of whisky from another distillery). The reason for doing this is to prevent other companies selling a famous distillery`s whisky as single malt. Rumours put most of the contents as Balvenie.
