This single malt whisky is aged in a combination of French and American oak casks, every tiny batch expressing the unique characteristics of both styles. With incredible complexity and length, Double Cask has a rich palate of sweet malt, dried apricots, honey and freshly baked bread. Decanted on 18/11/2020 at a very healthy 45% ABV, this is bottle number 1,262 of 1,368 bottles.
