Whisky from ten different casks went into this batch, ranging from 11-to-17-years-old. Predominantely American oak ex-bourbon casks, there was also American and French oak casks which have been previously used for either tawny, white wine, or red wine.
The exact casks used were: HH0464, TD0099, TD0242, TD0209, TD0050, TD0133, TD0146, TD0299, TD0098 and TD0321
Non-chill-filtered and with no added colour, the whisky is well-dressed, confident and charming, handcrafted to perfection in a bespoke copper pot still and created from renowned Tasmanian barley. It’s then double distilled using pure wilderness water from rainforests and mountains around Hobart.
