A marriage of two of the other core Sullivans Cove releases the American Oak and the French Tawny Casks. Non-chill-filtered and with no added colour, the whisky is well-dressed, confident and charming, handcrafted to perfection in a bespoke copper pot still and created from renowned Tasmanian barley. It’s then double distilled using pure wilderness water from rainforests and mountains around Hobart. Double Cask DC085 was a category winner at the 2017 World Whisky Awards.
