Rare first release Double Cask XO Brandy and a multiple Award Winning Barrel. A brandy distilled from Tasmanian grapes at the famed Sullivan's Cove distillery.Famous for their whisky, Sullivan's Cove are also one of the leaders of the emerging modern premium brandy scene in Australia. Their current releases (circa 2019) date back to a period ten years ago, when they collaborated with winemakers in the Huon Valley to distil grapes.The double cask release is a mixture of eight-to-ten year old brandies, matured in a variety of European and American oak casks. This is the first release – DCB01 – which has 1,287 bottles in the run. The youngest spirit was filled into the cask 7 May 2009 and the brandy was decanted 12 August 2017..
