In Batch #007, the Medine Distillery (est 1926) has produced a fresh and balanced molasses-based style with a focus on generous fruits and smoky wood spices. Matured in whisky, sherry and cognac casks and with an outturn limited to 6000 bottles globally, it comes bottled at 41.8% without chill filtration.
