Matured for 3 years in x Bourbon casks followed by a 4 year 'finishing' in x Oloroso Sherry casks.Tasting note: Deep amber-gold with gold ochre edges. A dense bouquet of orange zest, fig paste and light kumquat. Fabulous balance and complexity with hints of peel-heavy marmalade, dried banana / dried mango and traces of vanilla, cinnamon and hazelnut. Almost rum-like. Shows excellent staying power. 
ABV - 57.4%.
