A single cask single malt whisky from Indie Bottler North Star, was distilled at the Caol Ila distillery before being placed in a Refill Bourbon Hogshead and left to mature for 9 years. It was then transferred to a Pedro Ximenez cask for finishing. In August 2019 it was bottled at 51.8% abv as part of the North Start Cask Series Number 9. Only 378 bottles were produced from this cask. ABV 51.8%. Region - Islay /Scotland
