A 30ml Sample of the Koval Single Barrel Four Grain Whiskey. Koval is the brainchild of brothers Robert and Sonat Birnecker who were pasionate about honouring Robert's grandfathers Austrian traditions and also adding to the burgeoning Craft Distillers growing rapidly all over the World. Koval Four Grain is distilled from a mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat. This whiskey is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled from single barrels at 94 proof. Only the “heart” of the distillate is used. Grains sourced from a local organic farmer collective in the Midwest 47% ABV. Region - Chicago / USA
