Aged in a pair of 100L French oak, super heavy char first-fill Seppeltsfield Muscat casks and bottled at 55%, Black Friday #2 is bursting with blackberry jam, smoked paprika, raisin toast, burnt brown sugar syrup and freshly squeezed orange and a touch of hoisin sauce. And it’s hands down the most decadently rich and darkest liquid we’ve seen from the distillery yet – all natural colour and bottled non-chill filtered. Sold out in quick time this is a very Limited Release that yielded only 280 bottles.
