The Beagle 9’s DNA evolved from eight casks, five Tasmanian distilleries and the discovery of fire and smoke. The whisky’s front label is pure Mr H (owner and independent bottler of Heartwood), illustrating human evolution to the third last step of social distancing, the second last step of lock-down and the final step of freedom.
