Tasting note: Deep pale gold colour. Subtle sweet dried apricot and date notes come to the fore intermeshed with a delicate whiff of peat. Soft round entry. The fruits are barely evident on the palate, being replaced by a vanilla and gently peated malt with a pleasant spicy burst. Clean, dry vanilla malt finish.
