Daftmill is a small farm distillery operating in the Lowlands area of Scotland which produces only a small amount of whisky per year during the quieter months of the year for the farm. This release for the Asia market was distilled in December 2007 with the use of the farms Optic barley and filled into to 6 first fill ex bourbon barrels.  46% ABV. Region - Lowlands / Scotland
