Distilled in 1996 and matured in a single bourbon hogshead cask for 20 years, this expression yielded 258 bottles with only a very limited amount for the Australian market. It’s an intriguing bottling with reviews ranging from the sublime and amazing to the curious and perplexed as Cadenhead’s tasting notes don’t mention any of the Highland Park classic peat.
