Bimber Distillery burst on the scene with some stunning, if young Single Malts that made people sit up and take notice. Since then Bimber have solidified their reputation with consistent quality and cask selection. Very much small batch and artisinal production methods leading to 'integrity bottlings'. Batch 2 in the Bourbon matured series is an outturn of approximately 2200 bottles at natural strength. Comes non chill filtered.
