Oloroso matured Edradours are released several times a year under Signatory's "Un-Chillfiltered" label and are generally snapped up fast. While all editions are almost always described as "sherry bombs", this one one stands out for it's deep and broodingly dark colour. Evidently cask #121 was very active - even downright aggressive.
